1:1 Coaching

Who are you ready to become?

My programs are designed to be personal. We will set goals and stick to them as we take a journey through more than just nutrition.  I focus on a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness and fully believe the body can heal itself through itself.  We will dive deep and discover what has been causing you to not be your true happy self in areas such as but not limited to relationships, career, spirituality and physical exercise.

My ultimate goal is for you to become the best version of yourself.  I want you to feel beautiful, honor your body and listen to what it needs.

 

Whether it is curing some digestion issues you've been having, autoimmune disorders, weight loss, balancing hormones, or improving your relationship with yourself, I can help you obtain your goals over your program duration. (my experience is myself.)

Each session will be a safe space for you to share your current health, what you've been thinking about changing, and how we can achieve your goals and make them a lifestyle change to lighten your soul.

4 Week Program (4 sessions, weekly)

Recommended for client who wants a basic understanding of health and wellness.

3 Month Program (6 sessions, bi-weekly)

Recommended for client who has a basic understanding of health and wellness and has goals already in mind.

6 Month Program (12 sessions, bi-weekly)

Flagship program with best results. Recommended for client who needs coaching with goal setting, nutrition and lifestyle.
